Belpatt is a web platform for following the growth and health of dogs. The service offers:

• A personal area to record your dogs' data (weight, height, breed, and so on)
• Calculation and estimation tools (adult weight, growth charts, food ration calculator)
• A behavioural test (Campbell test)
• A community for sharing experiences and news
• A notification system for help and follow-up

2. Conditions of access and use

Access to Belpatt is free and open to any adult, or to a minor with the consent of a legal guardian. By accessing the site, you accept these terms of use.

2.1 Creating an account

To use every feature, you must create an account with:

• A valid email address
• A secure password
• The personal data required

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Any access made with your credentials is attributed to you.

2.2 User obligations

You undertake to:

• Use the service in accordance with applicable law
• Not transmit offensive, discriminatory, violent or unlawful content
• Respect the intellectual property of others
• Not impersonate anyone else
• Not use the service for unauthorised commercial purposes

3.1 Disclaimer regarding the calculation tools

Important: The tools offered by Belpatt (adult weight estimate, growth charts, food ration calculator, Campbell test) are for information only and do not constitute a diagnosis or a medical prescription.

These tools are no substitute for:

• Consulting a qualified vet
• The advice of an animal nutritionist
• A professional assessment of animal behaviour

Belpatt accepts no liability for any harm arising from the use of these tools without professional veterinary advice.

3.2 Accuracy of the data

You are responsible for the accuracy and relevance of the data you enter (weight, height, date of birth, and so on). Belpatt is not responsible for input errors or for inaccurate data you may have provided.

3.3 Availability of the service

Belpatt undertakes to keep the service available 24/7, subject to maintenance work and events beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

3.4 Limitation of liability

Belpatt accepts no liability for:

• Interruptions or failures of the service
• Data loss caused by improper use
• Direct or indirect harm arising from use of the site
• Decisions taken on the basis of information provided by the tools

4. Personal data and privacy

Belpatt collects the personal data necessary for the service to work, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data collected includes:

• Data about the dogs (breed, weight, height, dates, photos)

The content you publish (dog photos, messages) remains yours, but you grant Belpatt the right to use and display it and to improve the service.

6. Changes to the terms

Belpatt reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date they are published. Continuing to use the service constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. Belpatt reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that do not comply with these terms, without notice and without compensation.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the French courts.
